Our expertise also includes acting for leading banks and financial institutions at the trial and appellate courts including the Debts Recovery Tribunal and Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal.

With the introduction of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code in India, we have developed a dedicated practice that involves pre-dispute advisory and acting for clients in insolvency proceedings before the NCLT & NCLAT.
