Kunal has almost two decades of practice as a disputes lawyer focusing on arbitration and litigation. He has a broad commercial practice and his areas of expertise include Administrative & Constitutional Law, Construction, Mining, Energy, Corporate & Commercial Law, Consumer Protection Laws, Company Laws, Insolvency and Taxation.
He began his career working in the Delhi office of a prominent full-service commercial law firm, and thereafter shifted to counsel practice by the joining the chambers of one of the most renowned Senior Advocates in India, wherein he spent five years practicing primarily before the Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi.
Since 2009, Kunal has been an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India. He leads the firm’s appellate court practice in New Delhi. As counsel, Kunal regularly appears for leading business houses in India, major public-sector undertakings, MNCs including several global tech conglomerates, banks and financial institutions, non-governmental organisations and HNIs before various courts and tribunals across India.
