Shaurya is a dispute resolution practitioner specializing in commercial litigation, white collar crimes and international commercial arbitration. He often represents clients in a variety of disputes involving commercial contracts, property disputes, company law, insolvency and restructuring, projects and construction, intellectual property rights and matters relating to the enforcement and challenges to arbitral awards. He also represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations concerning complex commercial disputes. He makes regular appearances in high profile matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts and other Tribunals. He is an alumnus of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab.
