Vipul is a seasoned Counsel with expertise in commercial litigation and alternate dispute resolution. He has advised many corporates, institutions and high net worth individuals, successfully strategizing and handling their complex proceedings and disputes pertaining to a variety of industries, such as construction & infrastructure, banking & finance, corporate insolvency, cargo carriers and freight transportation, energy & natural resources, road and highway development, heavy electrical works, procurement contracts, etc. among others.
He regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, various High Courts, statutory tribunals and arbitral tribunals. Having also served as Tribunal Secretary in his career, he brings forth a strategic insight into the arbitral process as well as creative strategies to ensure the most favourable outcome.
He is also Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (MCIArb) which is a globally recognized accreditation in the field of Arbitration. As a former Secretary of the Society of Construction Law, India, he has also been instrumental in organizing and conducting various training programmes in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (India Branch) in the field of arbitration. Being passionate about academia and having keen interest in education and research, he is regularly invited by many universities and educational institutions to deliver lectures on alternate dispute resolution and allied subjects.
