Waheb is also trained at criminal defense and is currently defending white collar crimes and criminal defamation cases at Trial and Appellate stages. He is adept at matters related to Prevention of Corruption, Money Laundering and Foreign Exchange Management.
He is an experienced advisor for business inception and comparative advisory on business or non-profit entity whether companies, trusts, societies, Limited Liability Partnerships, partnerships and sole proprietorships.
