Yugandhara is an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India and has over two decades of experience in both corporate as well as disputes resolution practices. She has worked with various multinational organisations, reputed law-firms and Advocate-on-Record firms.
She started her practice under an eminent lawyer in Pune and primarily did civil and commercial litigation. After shifting base to Delhi, she was a part of two of the most renowned and leading Advocate-on-Record firms. Thereafter, Yugandhara practised under the tutelage of one of the most prominent senior counsel at a law firm, whilst which she headed the firm’s Delhi office.
She has off-counsel experience as Head - Legal of a renowned (information technology enabled service) multinational corporation’s India back office. She has also held position as Assistant Vice-President (Legal) of a prominent multinational business processing and information technology services company, where she headed the legal outsourcing team as well was part of the customer contract transactions team handling.
After starting independent practice, Yugandhara regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and other quasi-judicial authorities and has successfully represented various corporations, academic institutions, individuals as well as various State Governments/entities in various forums.
